CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads, the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.
Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Squat
This is Weightlifting. If you need extra help with the technique of the lifts, we can help. Our coaches have a very broad background in weightlifting.
$35 per hour
We offer 1 on 1 Coaching outside of our scheduled class hours. We will design a program specifically for each individual. After all, Personal Training is all about you. Maybe the class atmosphere is not for you. Not a problem. We will provide you with the results that you want.
Two Options for Personal Training:
Individual (1 on 1 Personal Training) or Skill Session.
Skill Sessions are 1 on 1 to help you with a movement/skill of your choice.

Do you want to be coached by our coaches but do not live near Saxonburg? Not a problem! I can customize you a program. Programming would be mainly in the sport of CrossFit, but I also has an extensive background in Powerlifting and Weightlifting.
You will be provided access to our app to have complete access to all the workouts scheduled in advance. also have the ability to text/msg your coach as your wish.
